Why are these kinds of teams being used more extensively? The threat level has not increased. Their level of training and homeland experience or public experience with them could be desired to increase.

How misfortunate. I expect to see a rash of excessive force cases publicized in the media.

The US media is an intentional zeitgeist machine. It may be used to stimulate subconscious thought in the general public which is viewed as favorable or probably favorable to the conditions desired by our PR machinery.
